I'm trying to document some of the worse examples of uncared for buildings in my town. These are not derelict or abandoned; they are lived in by ordinary, sometimes wealthy people who seem to not care that they own ugly
The town is Ribarroja del Turia. A work in progress as there are a lot.

Festival of Lights Leipzig 2009 . new media Artist Marek Brandt composed a multimedia art work for the entire fassade of the leipzig main station. Projection video on the main entrys of the station, enlighting for the whole station and a sound track, he performed for 5 hours live at the 9th october with the musican and artist Sven Ihlenfeld from berlin. This is a short documentation of the work called "Static Transit". The conception of the art work are made for the 20th anniversary of the peaceful demonstrations from 1989 in Leipzig. Samples are taken from the end of the 80ties and re-worked with analog and digital synths to an dense and powerful soundtrack.

Excerpt of the new live programm by SITP - aka Ihlenfeld & triPhaze. An animation movie played live and outcome a careful composition consisting voice samples, fieldrecordings and warm electronica. The video part is made with flash and found footage material (photos and reworked video particles) .. (under use of flash material made by privatelektro artist Bernhard Schipper)
